Turkish armed forces, as well as thousands of fighters from terrorist groups brought from Libya and Syria are fighting on the Azerbaijani side. The Azerbaijani army uses banned cluster munitions against civilian settlements in Artsakh. The civilians in Hadrut, who did not have time to leave the city, were cold-bloodedly shot dead by the Azerbaijani army. The Azerbaijani army beheaded the corpses of Armenian soldiers.
